Why We Need You!

As the RCS Coordinator youll play a central role in delivering projects under the current phase of the Australian Governments Natural Heritage Trust in the Central West region. You will coordinate program reporting support monitoring and evaluation activities assist with project invoicing and payments and work closely with project teams to ensure data evidence insights and records are well managed and used to inform sustainable agriculture and environmental outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone with project coordination MERI stakeholder engagement and reporting skills who can translate complex information into clear useful insights.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Youll lead key NHT program requirements and support effective delivery of the RCS program including:

  • Participating in internal and external communities of practice advisory groups and information-sharing forums.
  • Leading the quarterly and annual reporting and short-term outcomes reporting process including working with project managers to complete the report and store evidence.
  • Assisting Project Managers to implement the Monitoring Evaluation Reporting and Improvement (MERI) Framework.
  • Updating the supporting plans associated with the projects annually.
  • Maintaining accurate records registers evidence and program documentation with strong attention to detail.
  • Supporting compliance with Work Health and Safety requirements.

Essential requirements

  • A degree in agricultural environmental natural resource management biosecurity or emergency management or equivalent industry knowledge and experience.
  • Current NSW Driver Licence with the ability and willingness to travel.
  • Willingness to undergo a police check and medical clearance.
