Lendlease SA are currently seeking a Quality Manager to join and support the delivery of our major pipeline of work in the Adelaide region.

As a Quality Manager with Lendlease you will prepare and manage theimplementationtheProject QualityManagementPlan. While also Liaisingwith the Regional QualityManageron matters such as audit planning system compliance and documented management system development and improvements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the Project QA audit and conduct audits of the project team to reflect the criticality or significance of the project activitiesandto assess compliance with Source
• Participate in external and internal audits as may berequired.
• Assist Project Engineers with conducting audits of Suppliers Subcontractors and Consultants where requested.
• Work with the Project Manager toestablishand configure the Project Electronic Document Management System (egACONEX) in line with the approvedLendleasestandard filing structure and contract requirements..
• Monitor and review the systems for ITP approvalcalibrationof Measuring and Test Equipment Document and Drawing control and completion of construction quality recordsto ensure thatthey are kept up to date.
• Providequalityreportsfor the project reviews coveringoverallprojectQA performance trends and major or significant incidents or issues arising.

To Be Successful You Will Need

• Minimum 7 years experience in the Construction industry preferably working within a Tier 1 major construction projects
• Degree in Engineering Quality or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a Quality Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 (or industry-specific standards)
• Experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g. 5 Whys Fishbone FMEA)
• Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
