Quality Governance Manager (Fixed-Term)

About the Role

The Quality Governance Manager role is to project manage and deliver Excelsia University Colleges University re-registration accreditation and regulatory compliance obligations ensuring alignment with the Higher Education Standards Framework and Excelsias Christian mission and identity.

Primary responsibilities include:

• To deliver Excelsia University Colleges re-registration accreditation and regulatoryreporting outcomes within statutory timeframes and institutional mission.
• To build and maintain effective internal and external relationships that supportsuccessful regulatory outcomes.
• To manage complex regulatory projects including scope risk resources and budgetsensuring timely and effective delivery.
• To support institutional compliance with the Higher Education Standards Framework andembed continuous improvement practices.
• To contribute to institutional leadership supporting sustainable quality and compliance.

Selection Criteria

Qualifications and Professional Standing:

• Committed Christian involved in a local congregation.
• Possession of a relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent extensive experienceand training in quality governance accreditation or regulatory compliance.
• Senior experience (5 years) in quality governance accreditation or regulatory roleswithin higher education or a comparably regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to major accreditation or re-registrationprojects
• Strong knowledge of the Higher Education Standards Framework (HESF) and regulatoryrequirements.
• Proven ability to lead institution-wide quality and compliance initiatives.
• Advanced project management organisational and risk management skills.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills including reporting to senior leadersand regulators.
• High level of digital literacy to support reporting analysis and document management.
• Full Australian Working Rights.
