About the Employer
Our client is an established engineering construction and operations business delivering transport building water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.

The Opportunity
Support mechanical and electrical delivery through effective inspection assurance and continuous improvement on a major civil infrastructure project.

Your Work
Maintain quality plans and an ISO 9001-aligned management system.
Develop inspection and test plans checklists and supporting work instructions.
Coordinate tests inspections supplier reviews and audits.
Investigate non-conformances identify underlying causes and verify corrective actions.
Maintain quality evidence report performance and advise delivery teams on technical compliance and emerging risks.

Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
A tertiary qualification or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering.
At least five years in a comparable quality role on major construction projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and quality-management practices.
Experience with audit reporting inspections improvement actions and technical specifications.
Ability to prepare and interpret inspection plans checklists and quality documentation.
