Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Officer is responsible for the day-to-day quality operations across the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This hands-on role ensures production processes consistently meet quality standards drives non-conformance resolution and maintains robust documentation and raw material quality controls.
Quality Operations Monitor quality control verifications conduct GMP audits support ERP and laboratory systems and drive process improvements.
Non-Conformance & Complaints Manage corrective and preventative actions investigate complaints and support root-cause analysis.
Raw Materials & Environmental Sampling Maintain quality standards for incoming materials and oversee environmental sampling programs.
Documentation Maintain documentation and quality records in accordance with procedures.
Audit & Certification Management Coordinate audits and maintain audit readiness.
Occupational Health & Safety Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and eliminate workplace risks.
Governance & Control Maintain appropriate controls across food safety quality expenditureand OH&S processes.
Personal Development Participate in ongoing training and competency development.
Qualifications Experience Skills Required:
Degree in Food Science Nutrition or equivalent industry experience.
Experience in dairy or food manufacturing environments.
Strong GMP quality control and compliance knowledge.
Root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational planning and communication skills.
