As we continue to expand we are looking for a highlymotivated and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our WarehousingOperations team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamicfast-growing industry where you can build a long-term career.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager the Warehouse Officer willbe responsible for compliant procurement and the safe secure and accuratereceipt storage inventory control and dispatch of materials and services in aGMP TGA and GACP regulated environment. The role ensures materials are sourcedfrom approved suppliers handled and stored correctly and made available tooperations without compromising quality traceability data integrity orregulatory compliance.

The role operates within the site Pharmaceutical QualitySystem and regulatory approvals working closely with Quality Assurance whilenot assuming Quality authority unless formally delegated. It supports bothcultivation and GMP operations as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure materials and services fromapproved or QA-qualified suppliers ensuring full compliance with quality andregulatory requirements.
  • Maintain supplier documentation agreementsperformance reviews risk assessments and approved supplier lists in line withsite procedures.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on total cost qualityservice risk and continuity of supply without compromising specifications orcompliance.
  • Develop and maintain continuity plans forcritical materials including alternate suppliers safety stock and disruptionmitigation.
  • Coordinate third-party logistics and outsourcedservices through approved written agreements.
  • Maintain accurate real-time inventory recordsensuring correct identification status batch/lot traceability and locationat all times.
  • Ensure correct receipting labelling storagequarantine release rejection and secure handling of all materials.
  • Apply FIFO/FEFO controls monitor shelf life andobsolescence risks and oversee cycle counts stocktakes audits anddiscrepancy resolution.
  • Ensure all transactions are accurately recordedin approved systems maintaining full system-based traceability and dataintegrity.
  • Support quality recall readiness riskmanagement and positive company culture through clear communicationcompliance and active participation in leadership and development activities.

Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of inventory management software and stock control principles.
  • Prior experience working in a warehousing or manufacturing environment.
  • Practical understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.
  • Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong record-keeping discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to interpret procedures specifications status controls and traceabilityrequirements and apply them consistently in day-to-day operations.
  • Must be able to comply with all laws regulations and policies associated with the industry.

Requirements:

Must have a valid open drivers licence and valid forklift licence.

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to learn new skills and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Must have a Federal Police Check with a non-disclosure outcome as well as maintain a non-disclosure outcomethroughout employment term. Police checks are required every two (2) years
  • Must have successfully completed a medical assessment.
  • Ability to complete mandatory induction GMP safety security and role-specific training requirements.
  • Positive attitude and ability to foster a strong workplace culture
