Purchasing Administrator

Were looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our Merchandise team at our Support Centre in Noble Park.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in keeping things organised.

What youll be doing

• Creating amending and managing purchase orders.
• Monitoring supplier orders and following up delivery timeframes.
• Liaising with suppliers stores our warehouse and internal teams to resolve order enquiries.
• Assisting with customer product availability and special order requests.
• Managing reports relating to cancelled excess and discontinued stock.
• Resolving pricing delivery and order discrepancies.
• Providing administrative support to the Merchandise team during busy periods.

Qualifications :

• Previous administration experience ideally within purchasing supply chain or retail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support your team.
• Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite (or similar) will be highly regarded.
