This is a true Publicans Pub. Located just a stones throw from the iconic Mooloolaba beach this high-energy flagship features a bustling open-air social footprint high-turnover bar and casual dining spaces a premier gaming room and a state-of-the-art sports viewing experience that draws massive crowds. We dont want a back-office administrator; we need a genuine visible leader who loves being the face of the venue building deep rapport with regulars and driving an elite standard of service across every single shift.

A day in the life of a Publican:

• You know the locals by name they reckon youre one of their own all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.

• You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
• You bring the vibe the service and the smiles every shift every day.

About you:

You already know if this is for you. Youve got the experience the presence and the pride it takes to own a pub like its been yours forever. Youre not just running a venue - youre living the Publican life.

• Hold current industry RSA/RSG RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
