Australian Hospitality and Leisure (ALH) is a leader in the hospitality industry. With more than 350 pubs in communities across the country were in the business of creating pub experiences that locals love. From dining bars wagering gaming accommodation and live entertainment we offer our local communities places to come together socialise and connect.

Salary: $110000 superannuation bonus

A day in the life of a Publican:

• You know the locals by name they reckon youre one of their own all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
• You run the place like its your own modern-day home keeping things safe smooth and compliant.
• Youre the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
• You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
• You bring the vibe the service and the smiles every shift every day.

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

You already know if this is for you. Youve got the experience the presence and the pride it takes to own a pub like its been yours forever. Youre not just running a venue - youre living the Publican life.

• Hold current industry RSA RCG and Licensee qualifications as per NSW state requirements
