About the Role

Were looking for a Psychologist Counsellor or allied health professional to join our team in Melbournes South East Region.

Youll deliver a mix of facetoface and Telehealth mental health support to participants engaged in employment and vocational programs. The role includes both individual counselling and groupbased interventions working with a diverse client group to support wellbeing and participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver oneonone and group counselling sessions
• Provide support via inperson and Telehealth delivery
• Develop and deliver practical outcomefocused interventions
• Maintain clear case notes and meet compliance requirements
• Work closely with employment services teams
• Connect participants with relevant community supports

About You

• AHPRA registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist
• Counsellors (PACFA or ACA) encouraged to apply
• Social Workers (AASW) also considered
• Experience in mental health community or employment settings
• Able to deliver structured interventions and build rapport quickly
• Strong communication and organisational skills
