About the Role
Raise is looking for a highly organised curious and strategically minded Prospect Researcher and Fundraising Campaigns Specialist to help drive Raise Foundations fundraising growth through prospect research targeted campaigns audience segmentation and supporter engagement.
This role sits at the centre of Raises fundraising growth activity combining prospect research with campaign planning and coordination. You will research identify and pre-qualify prospective donors corporate partners trusts foundations and government funding opportunities build segmented target audiences and help turn insights into targeted engagement that creates qualified fundraising opportunities.
Working closely with the Chief Fundraising and Marketing Officer Fundraising Strategist and broader fundraising and marketing teams you will support the delivery of fundraising priorities through campaign calendars audience and prospect insights messaging and outreach coordination campaign execution and performance reporting. Using Salesforce and other tools youll maintain campaign and audience data coordinate leads and follow-up activity and analyse engagement qualification and conversion data to improve pipeline performance and fundraising outcomes.
Youll combine prospect research analytical thinking campaign coordination and project management skills to support fundraisers to build relationships secure meetings and progress opportunities. Your work will help Raise connect with new supporters strengthen the fundraising pipeline and ultimately enable more young people to access life-changing mentoring.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching identifying and pre-qualifying prospective donors corporate partners trusts foundations and government funding opportunities using agreed qualification criteria and providing insights to support engagement.
- Building and maintaining segmented target lists and campaign audiences using prospect and audience insights to inform targeting messaging and engagement approaches.
- Coordinating fundraising campaign calendars briefs and delivery in collaboration with the CFMO Fundraising Strategist and Marketing team aligned to fundraising goals pipeline requirements and target audiences.
- Coordinating campaign communications outreach activities events webinars and engagement initiatives across relevant channels.
- Maintaining accurate campaign audience prospect and lead data within Salesforce and other fundraising systems ensuring clear ownership and timely follow-up.
- Tracking campaign performance audience engagement lead generation qualification and conversion and preparing reports and insights to improve fundraising outcomes.
- Providing campaign coordination audience and prospect insights and communication support that enables fundraisers to build relationships secure meetings and progress fundraising opportunities.
- Contributing to campaign testing optimisation process improvement and the ongoing refinement of campaign tools and resources.

About you
You are highly organised curious resourceful and strategically minded with experience in fundraising philanthropy partnerships sponsorship business development marketing or campaign coordination.
You enjoy researching and analysing information spotting opportunities and turning insights into practical campaign activity that improves supporter engagement pipeline performance and fundraising outcomes.
You bring:
- Relevant qualifications in fundraising philanthropy business marketing communications or a related field.
- Experience coordinating fundraising campaigns donor acquisition supporter engagement or revenue-generating campaigns in fundraising partnerships philanthropy sponsorship business development or a similar environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and qualify prospects and turn audience and campaign data into useful insights.
- Strong campaign planning and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience using fundraising CRM systems and donor databases ideally Salesforce including campaign tracking pipeline management and supporter engagement reporting.
- Experience working with audience segmentation and campaign performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability.
- Strong attention to detail sound judgement and a collaborative solutions-focused approach.
