The Opportunity
Coordinate property inspections acoustic treatments and remediation for owners affected by major infrastructure works.
Your Work
Oversee treatment packages from initial inspections to completion and provide practical constructability input.
Coordinate consultants contractors councils and utilities and respond professionally to owner enquiries.
Manage subcontract performance safety quality and environmental compliance.
Track budgets schedules payment claims approvals and contractual hold points.
Maintain reliable property records in GIS SharePoint and project systems and support condition surveys.
Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Experience in property interfaces construction infrastructure project management or contract administration.
Ability to coordinate contractors and communicate confidently with owners consultants and authorities.
Commercial and administrative skills across budgets contracts programmes and claims.
Practical understanding of construction methods and site delivery.
Organisation and tact when handling sensitive enquiries and complaints.
Residential retrofit and acoustic-treatment experience is highly desirable.
