The role
Were looking for an enthusiastic communityminded Property Services Officerwhos eager to learn enjoys variety in their workday and thrives in a role that blends customer service and administrative will also be case work and project work involvement including field work preferring candidates living within the greater Sydney region.
As a Property Services Officer you will workin a high volume work environmenton the frontline of Crown land management. Your work will support government priorities help maintain the integrity of public land information and ensure communities receive accurate timely advice.
To be successful you will be highly organised a team player have excellent people and communicationskills have the ability to learn new systemsand ideally have previous studies or work experience in Land and Property Management related administration or customer service. There is plenty of on the job training available this is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their skills set and develop their career.
What youll be doing:
Frontline Service & Support
- Providing clear consistent advice to customers on routine Crown land matters
- Responding to enquiries and helping people navigate land status information
Property Management Activities
- Helping deliver timely outcomes that align with operational targets
- Assisting in Natural Resource Management and Property related case and project work including field work as required
Office & Data Administration
- Support the Group Leader and wider Sydney Metro team with a range of administrative duties
- Assist with responding to a range of customer enquiries and requests for information as well as overall day-to-day organisation for the Sydney Metro Team and coordination of priorities set by the Group Leader.
- Managing records filing and registers
- Processing invoices and payments in a timely manner
