As theProperty Operations Coordinatoryoullsupport thecoordinationof our national portfolio from day-to-day operations and service providerliaisonthrough to supporting minor works and asset management.
Youll be the go-to for keeping property operations on track across multiple sites working closely with our National Property Manager and external providers to ensure everything runs smoothly safely and efficiently.This is a 12-month max term opportunity.
Day to dayas the Property Operations Co-ordinator:
Coordinate day-to-dayproperty operations facilities management and workplace servicesacross our national portfolio
Act as the key operational contact for ourProperty Management Services Provideron routine matters
Monitor service delivery against agreed standards andescalate risks or performance issueswhere needed
Support the delivery ofminor works and capital projects ensuring timelines budgets and safety requirements are met
Maintain and reviewasset registers and lifecycle datato support future planning
Assistwithoperational reporting performance tracking and briefing materials
Ensure compliance withsafety regulatory and operational standards escalating issues where

Youresomeone who keeps things moving and takes pride in getting the details right. You enjoy being across multiple moving parts working with different stakeholders and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Youreconfidentcoordinating across teams and external partners and you know when to step in when to follow process and when to escalate.Yourepracticalorganised and solutions-focusedyou genuinely care about creating safe well-run environments.
Youllbring:
Previousexperience in property facilities or workplace operations ideally across multiple sites
An understanding ofsafety compliance and riskin an operational environment
The ability toprioritise stayorganised and manage competing demands
Confidence working withreports documentation and datato support decision-making
Strong vendor and contractor coordination andcommunication skills you build trust easily and keep stakeholders informed
