As Property Manageryoullmanage the administration compliance tenancy matters and day-to-day communication across a portfolio while delivering a superior customer service experience to both landlords and tenants.
Youllalso playan important rolein helpingclientstransition smoothly from investment into property management while ensuring every property is managed in line with legislationsystemsand service standards.
Whatyoullactually do
- Manage a property portfolio across tenancy administrationcommunicationand compliance.
- Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries in a professional andtimelymanner.
- Resolve issues and complaints with careclarityand sound judgment.
- Support the transition of clients from investment into property management.
- Prepare and manage leases notices contractsauthoritiesand related documentation.
- Provide clients with property analysis and market reports to support leasing decisions.
- Ensure all actions are carried out in line with tenancy legislation and internal procedures.
- Keepaccuraterecords of communicationinstructionsand documentation within the nominated systems.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs including communication with trades and contractors.
- Complete inspections whenrequired including routine entry exit and open for inspections.
- Review inspection reports and ensure they are delivered to clients within requiredtimeframes.
- Manage rent reviews lease renewals rentincreasesand tenancy changes.
- Process tenancy applications and support leasing activity.
- Monitor arrears bond matterstasksand general portfolio upkeep.
- Maintaina high levelof data accuracycomplianceand follow-through across all work.

- Work well independently but also support the wider team when needed.
WhatYoullBring
- Previousexperience in property management.
- Strong understanding of relevant real estate and tenancy legislation.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- High attention to detail and strongorganisationalskills.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Confidence using property management systems such asPropertyMeor similar.
- Experience with inspection software such as Inspections Express or similar is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A Property ManagementLicence.
- A current Australian DriversLicence.
- A valid Police Check.
