Job Summary
Youll be taking over a well-maintained portfolio from a long-standing Property Manager making this an ideal opportunity for someone comfortable with end-to-end portfolio management who is looking to focus more on relationship management while also guiding and mentoring junior staff.
Youll work alongside two experienced Property Managers within a collaborative team collectively managing a rent roll of approximately 450 properties.
- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail
- A positive professional and team-focused approach
- $100k Package Take-Home Company Car
