As a Property Accountant supporting one of our key sectors (Office Retail and Industrial & Logistics) youll play a key role in ensuring financial integrity accurate reporting and strong collaboration with the property management team to support operational decision-making. This role is well suited to someone with experience in audit or large corporate environments.
What youll be doing:
Right from the start youll do great work with this role youll:
Deliver financial reporting and accuracy across property portfolios
Drives confidence in financial performance enabling informed asset and investment decisions.Manage reconciliations reporting and audit preparation
Ensures strong financial integrity and compliance reducing risk and supporting smooth audit outcomes.Partner with property management on outgoings budgets and forecasts
Directly influences operational decision-making and strengthens tenant relationships through clear accurate communication.Provide variance analysis and insights on performance
Translates financial data into actionable insights that support portfolio optimisation and performance improvement.Identify and implement process improvements including month-end efficiencies
Enhances reporting timeliness and accuracy driving continuous improvement across finance operations.Support capital transactions and lifecycle activities (acquisitions disposals onboarding)
Contributes to seamless execution of key transactions ensuring financial accuracy through critical investment moments.
Your point of difference What youll bring to the team:
CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification or studying towards
Experience in audit or large corporate environments (highly regarded)
High system proficiency - exposure to various systems and large datasets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive process improvements
