What Youll Be Doing

Youll be theheartbeat of the sales team supporting daily operations while building your own sales muscle.

• Chatting with new leads booking appointments and keeping the energy high
• Managing CRM data like a pro (well teach you everything)
• Helping run the sales office open close and make it shine
• Jumping into socials updating listings and keeping marketing on point
• Getting involved in events launches and VIP client days

What Were Looking For

Youre confident curious and love people. You dont need years of experience just the right mindset.

• Youre a great communicator who loves connecting and making things happen
• Youre organised sharp and switched-on
• Youve got hustle ambition and care about doing things right
• Real estate experience is a bonus not a must
• Youre happy to work weekends (where the action is!)

Must haves:

• NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Reliable car valid drivers licence
