Clerk Grade: 7/8
Employment Type: Multiple temporary and ongoing roles available
Salary: Base $116981 - $129492 per annum plus Superannuation
Location: All NSW (Hybrid working arrangements - office attendance required 23 days per week).

Two exciting opportunities have become available for Project Officers to join the Consumer Affairs branch at NSW Fair Trading.

Were seeking proactive and highly organised individuals to support the development coordination and delivery of strategic and operational projects. You will contribute to project planning implementation and reporting that supports improved regulatory and customer outcomes.

About the role

  • Contribute to the planning coordination and delivery of assigned projects in line with organisational objectives.
  • Undertake research analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
    Prepare high-quality documentation including project briefs reports and communication materials.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and collaboration across teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress risks and issues to support on-time delivery.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach with a focus on achieving outcomes

  • Demonstrated experience supporting project planning and delivery.
  • Strong analytical research and reporting skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes.

Salary Grade 7/8 with the base salary for this role starting at $116981 base plus superannuation
