Job Summary

Changing Health Systems (CHESS) We work alongside communities and service partners to uncover systemlevel challenges and design consumerled connected and wholeofperson care models. Our focus is on improving peoples real experiences of care while generating insights that guide bestpractice service delivery.

As a Project Manager you will lead the coordination and delivery of innovative grantfunded projects that support the implementation of the Tracking Cube a culturally responsive approach to identifying and monitoring neurodevelopmental concerns across health and community sectors. Youll work closely with universities health services and community partners to drive project milestones strengthen collaboration and ensure highquality outcomes that make a real impact.

As Project Manager you will;

  • Oversee project planning and delivery to ensure milestones timelines and budgets are met across multiple sites.
  • Develop and refine project procedures including training materials documentation and implementation processes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across universities health services community agencies and remote locations.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports that evaluate progress outcomes and learnings.
  • Model professional ethical and culturally respectful practice in alignment with organisational policies and values.

About you
To be successful you will bring the capability judgement and cultural awareness needed to lead complex healthfocused projects with confidence.

  • You hold relevant tertiary qualifications and proven experience in healthbased project management.
  • You demonstrate strong cultural capability and confidence engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
  • You communicate clearly and build effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • You apply sound analytical thinking to interpret information and support informed decisions.

What we can offer
This is a fixed-term until 30 June 2027 full-time position primarily based at the Griffith University Gold Coast. As Griffith is a multi-site university you may be required to work across other locations.

Griffith Universitys sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul Yuggera Jagera Turrbal Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.

Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 7 range $104504 - $113219 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $122270 - $132466 per annum.
