As a Project Manager/ Estimator you will play a vital role in their operations by accurately estimating costs and managing tender processes for construction projects. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing trade packages and tender documentation for subcontractors and suppliers.
• You take full ownership of projects from brief to delivery.
• Managing tender processes to ensure fairness and transparency.
• Reviewing quotations to confirm they meet the required scope of work.
• Maintaining accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) across all trades.
• Conducting site visits to verify progress and assess subcontractor invoices.
• Collaborating with teams to evaluate methodologies and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Utilising Cubit estimating software for accurate measurements and cost breakdowns.
• Preparing cost reports and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end construction estimation for Class 2 residential projects. You will also possess the following skills and attributes:

• 3 years of experience in project management and/or construction estimating.
• A qualification in project management a construction trade or a related field.
• Managed projects end-to-end from scoping and planning through to execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate tenders efficiently.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative and follow-through.
• Collaborative team player who liaises effectively across teams and stakeholders.
