KONE are looking for aProject Managerto join ourNew Building Solutions TeaminGold Coast QLD.

In this position you will administer and controlprojectsin Gold Coast and surroundsusing your ability to manage people and resources engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire your team.

What will you be doing

• Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure every project meets KONEs industryleading standards

• Ensure a positive customer experience building strong relationships and keeping clients and subcontractors aligned informed and confident

• Motivate your team clear obstacles and create a high-performance environment

• Manage project financials and forecasting ensuring strong commercial outcomes

• Drive improvement and innovation

What are we looking for

• Experience managing complex projects in commercial environments

• Lift industry experience (desired but not essential)

• A resilient solutionsfocused and safety conscious mindset

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly desirable)

• A globally recognised project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 (highly desirable)

• A valid Australian drivers licence

• Strong communication and training skills

• Stakeholder management skills

• Financial management & forecasting ability
