Project Manager | Mon to Fri 38 hours | Balcatta Support Centre

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and digital projects from initiation through to closure 
• Define and manage scope schedule budget and delivery plans aligned to business outcomes 
• Operate within Sodexos portfolio governance framework ensuring accurate and timely reporting 
• Provide clear updates on project status risks issues and dependencies to stakeholders and governance forums 
• Engage and manage stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure alignment and effective decision-making 
• Manage vendors and delivery partners to ensure contractual and delivery obligations are met 
• Proactively identify and manage risks issues and dependencies implementing mitigation strategies 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies across the broader portfolio 
• Support resource planning and prioritisation in collaboration with functional leads 
• Ensure delivery aligns to Sodexo standards governance and ways of working 

Skills & Experience 

• Proven experience delivering technology or digital projects end-to-end (5 years preferred) 
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies  
• Experience operating within structured governance and portfolio delivery environments 
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organisational levels 
• Strong problem-solving skills with a delivery-focused mindset 
• Experience managing vendors and third-party delivery partners 
• Experience with portfolio reporting tools (e.g. Triskell or similar) is highly regarded 

Qualifications :

• Degree in Information Technology Business or a related field 
• Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP Agile certifications)
