We are offering an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver a portfolio of complex high-impact projects that drive meaningful system-wide this role you will work across the full project lifecycleshaping initiatives from inception through to completionwhile applying best-practice project management frameworks governance and controls to ensure successful outcomes.
You will play a key strategic role providing expert advice and leadership to support the development and implementation of initiatives aligned with organisational priorities. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment you will proactively identify risks and opportunities strengthen delivery through assurance and continuous improvement and contribute to achieving sustainable benefits across the system.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Do you have proven experience leading complex projects from initiation to completion using structured project management frameworks
- Can you build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders including clinicians government agencies and community partners
- Are you skilled in analysing data managing risks and driving performance to ensure successful project outcomes and benefits realisation
- Do you have excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare high-level reports briefings and present to senior stakeholders
- Can you lead and support multidisciplinary teams fostering collaboration innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE
You will.
- Lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of complex projects ensuring strong governance planning risk management and alignment with strategic priorities
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to support coordinated high-quality project implementation across the health system
- Monitor performance manage budgets and drive benefits realisation through robust reporting analysis and continuous improvement
- Provide expert advice and strategic input into service design planning and clinical improvement initiatives
- Guide and support multidisciplinary teams fostering collaboration capability development and excellence in project delivery
