We are offering an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver a portfolio of complex high-impact projects that drive meaningful system-wide this role you will work across the full project lifecycleshaping initiatives from inception through to completionwhile applying best-practice project management frameworks governance and controls to ensure successful outcomes.

You will play a key strategic role providing expert advice and leadership to support the development and implementation of initiatives aligned with organisational priorities. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment you will proactively identify risks and opportunities strengthen delivery through assurance and continuous improvement and contribute to achieving sustainable benefits across the system.

• Do you have proven experience leading complex projects from initiation to completion using structured project management frameworks
• Can you build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders including clinicians government agencies and community partners
• Are you skilled in analysing data managing risks and driving performance to ensure successful project outcomes and benefits realisation
• Do you have excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare high-level reports briefings and present to senior stakeholders
• Can you lead and support multidisciplinary teams fostering collaboration innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery

You will.

• Lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of complex projects ensuring strong governance planning risk management and alignment with strategic priorities
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to support coordinated high-quality project implementation across the health system
• Monitor performance manage budgets and drive benefits realisation through robust reporting analysis and continuous improvement
• Provide expert advice and strategic input into service design planning and clinical improvement initiatives
• Guide and support multidisciplinary teams fostering collaboration capability development and excellence in project delivery
