Our client is a highly regarded commercial fit-out contractor specialising in commercial fitout carpentry & refurbishments across South East QLD.
With over 20 years industry experience they have built a strong reputation delivering high-quality work for Tier 2 & 3 builders government clients education health and commercial projects.
Due to continued growth they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of commercial fit-out and interiors projects across South East Queensland.
The Role:
Working closely with Directors Site Supervisors subcontractors and clients you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion ensuring projects are delivered safely on programme and within budget.
- Manage commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors suppliers procurement and programme delivery
- Oversee budgets forecasting cost control and project reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to a high standard
- Manage project documentation including RFIs variations and progress claims
About You:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction or fit-outs
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
