Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Project Manager to lead a critical ERP implementation project based at our Campbellfield office.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive a major business transformation working closely with executive leaders operational teams vendors and implementation partners to deliver a solution that enhances efficiency supports growth and strengthens our manufacturing operations.
As the Project Manager you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of our ERP transformation program ensuring successful implementation from planning and design through to go-live stabilisation and post-implementation support.
What Youll Be Responsible For But Not Limited To:
- Lead the successful delivery of a company-wide ERP implementation project from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Develop project plans budgets timelines resources risks and key deliverables;
- Proactively manage the project risks issues dependencies and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
- Monitor project performance to ensure delivery within agreed scope budget and timelines while minimising disruption to business operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across manufacturing production supply chain warehousing finance procurement sales and customer service teams.
- Establish effective project governance reporting and communication frameworks to ensure project transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate workshops project meetings and steering committee updates to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate testing training change management and organisational readiness activities to support successful user adoption.
What Youll Bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology Business Engineering Project Management or a related discipline.
- PMP PRINCE2 Agile or equivalent project management certification will be highly regarded.
- Experience managing projects within manufacturing distribution supply chain or industrial environments will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycles including requirements gathering design configuration data migration testing cutover and go-live activities.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets schedules vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Oracle Infor Epicor NetSuite or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and facilitation skills.
- Sound organisational and time management skills strong ability to understand and meet deadlines
- Be a team player who can work independently take initiative and have a can do attitude
