Role Description:

The Project Management Officer (PMO) supports the Program Management Office by providing centralised coordination governance and reporting across the program. The role is responsible for maintaining the integrated program schedule preparing consolidated reporting and managing deliverable tracking to ensure timely transparent and controlled program execution aligned with agreed milestones and governance standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Program Schedule tracking progress against baseline and highlighting deviations risks and impacts
  • Prepare and publish Weekly/Monthly Status Reports aligned with governance standards
  • Maintain RAID Logs and Action Trackers ensuring timely updates and escalation of critical risks/issues
  • Manage and track Deliverables and Milestones across workstreams to ensure on-time completion
  • Coordinate PMO activities including meetings documentation and maintain Meeting Minutes and Action Registers
  • Support governance forums by preparing and managing the Governance Reporting Pack
  • Provide program dashboards metrics and insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across planning execution and reporting activities
Technical Expertise Requirements
  • 510 years of total experience with strong exposure to PMO / project coordination roles
  • Hands-on experience in program scheduling and planning
  • Strong expertise in scheduling tools (MS Project Primavera or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in preparing status reports and governance artefacts
  • Experience in maintaining RAID logs action trackers and milestone tracking
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Essential:
  • Experience in managing end-to-end PMO activities in large programs
  • Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong reporting documentation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and project reporting tools
  • Experience in stakeholder coordination across business and IT teams
ADDITIONAL
  • Experience in SAP / ERP transformation programs
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery models
  • Familiarity with public sector governance frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work in a matrix and onsite-offshore delivery model
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving tools and methodologies
