We are seeking a highly capable Project Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex projects within our Asset Services team. This role is responsible for leading the planning coordination and execution of project scopes ensuring all activities are delivered safely compliantly and in line with contractual and business requirements.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders managing workfront execution and supporting the achievement of overall project objectives.
Project Delivery & Leadership
Lead the execution of project workfronts in line with established project management methodologies
Coordinate engineers supervisors and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery
Ensure compliance with Zero Harm quality and environmental standards
Monitor project performance and implement actions to maintain schedule cost and productivity targets
Provide leadership direction and support to project teams
Contract & Scope Management
Develop a strong understanding of project scope contractual obligations and key commercial drivers
Identify and escalate scope variations delays and project risks
Ensure delivery aligns with contractual requirements and technical specifications
Planning & Scheduling
Support the development and refinement of project schedules
Manage workfront planning sequencing and execution strategies
Track progress and implement recovery plans where required
Coordinate site resources and subcontractors to achieve key milestones

Proven experience in project delivery and execution within engineering construction or asset services environments
Strong understanding of project controls scheduling and workfront management
Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders
