About the Employer
Our client is an established engineering construction and operations business delivering transport building water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.
The Opportunity
Lead a self-delivered civil package on a major road and tunnel construction programme. This site-based position coordinates precast barrier and panel installation while supporting two site engineers.
Your Work
Plan access delivery sequencing and installation logistics for precast components.
Coordinate labour materials and subcontractors across multiple work fronts.
Track programme productivity and costs and resolve site delivery issues.
Review drawings and methods manage technical queries and maintain inspection and quality records.
Mentor junior engineers and implement safety environmental and quality controls.
Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
A degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
Project-engineering experience on substantial civil construction works.
Precast barrier or panel experience is valued; tunnel road or structure delivery experience is advantageous.
Strong planning commercial awareness cost control and site coordination.
Ability to guide junior engineers and manage concurrent construction activities.
