About the Role

Moddex is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Project Consultant to join our WA Sales team.

Working closely with the State Sales Manager youll manage a portfolio of customer accounts across Western Australia building strong relationships identifying new opportunities and delivering solutions that help our customers succeed. Youll take ownership of your territory guiding projects from enquiry through to sale while representing Moddex with professionalism and expert product knowledge.

Your days will be busy and varied and will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Managing a portfolio of accounts and opportunities across your allocated territory.
• Conducting regular phone Teams and face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects.
• Identifying qualifying and following up sales opportunities through to close.
• Preparing quotations and project mark-ups with support from the Sales Support team.
• Negotiating and closing sales opportunities.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from sale to project delivery.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing timely KPI reporting.
• Providing customers with product advice and solutions including applying relevant Australian Standards where required.

About You

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities.
• A proactive approach with the confidence to work autonomously.
• Experience in sales account management or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the construction building products or related industry would be highly regarded but isnt essential.
• A willingness to learn our products and relevant Australian Standards
