We are seeking a Project Associate to join our global Airline IT delivery team where innovation knows no borders. This team delivers core technology that helps airlines optimize daily operations and elevate the traveler experience. By streamlining project delivery we ensure our customers deploy software smoothly and realize business value faster. As a Project Associate you will support delivery initiatives by coordinating tasks and tracking project milestones across global teams. You will manage action items maintain accurate delivery logs and help remove execution blockers. This role requires sharp organization clear communication and a proactive approach to tracking details. Your contributions ensure our project teams meet commitments and deliver reliable results for airline partners.
What youll do
- Coordinate project tasks milestones and delivery logs to keep deployments on schedule.
- Manage action items across technical teams and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare clear status reports to give stakeholders visibility into project health and risks.
- Escalate project delays and delivery blockers clearly to senior leaders.
- Use generative AI tools to automate meeting summaries and reduce manual tracking effort.
What youll bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or operations within travel technology or software as a service (SaaS).
- Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and track team deliverable dates effectively.
- Experience tracking data and project metrics using tools like Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across global multi-location teams.
- Practical experience using generative AI or automation tools to improve daily productivity.
