As part of our Land business our PRV team is primarily focused on the design manufacture delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. We are very proud of everything we do in support of both the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms as we all work together towards our purpose.

Come join our growing Quality team as a Program Quality Improvement Manager deliver independent Quality advice an accurate view of performance and reduced quality risk as our site enters a new phase of growth.

Youll be the trusted advisor driving practical measurable Right First Time performance across the program.

Working at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Land your responsibilities are:

  • Champion what quality protects: reputation trust and competitive edge

  • Shape quality culture and leadership mindsets across your scope through coaching and capability-building not just policy

  • Assure products services and process changes meet customer and system standards

  • Flag risk early and use veto when it genuinely matters

  • Own customer feedback through to real corrective action

  • Keep our management system sharp and audit-ready (ISO 9001 AS9110)

On day one in this role well expect you to bring the following skills experience and behaviours:

  • A track record of shifting how a team works not just what it documents

  • The confidence to challenge assumptions and the judgment to know when it matters

  • Real depth in ISO 9001 or Lean Six Sigma and the ability to turn either into something people act on not just acknowledge

  • An engineering or related technical background

Good to Know

A Defence security clearance is required for this role; applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
