Role Overview

Reporting to the CIO the Program ManagerDigital Transformationleads a portfolio of cross functional initiatives across marine landside commercial and technology teams supporting improvements in operational workflows datavisibilityand performance management practices.

The role leads the program from early definition through to delivery and scale ensuringmeasurable operational improvementsand commercial outcomes are strong operational understanding and the ability to work across multiple functions todeliver outcomesin complex industrial orlogisticsenvironments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of a portfolio of operational capability initiativesacross marine yard and landsideenvironments;

  • Lead programme mobilisation activities including scope definition roadmap development governancedesignand establishment of deliveryguardrails;

  • Lead cross functional improvement initiativesto enhance operationalflowcoordinationand performanceoutcomes;

  • Lead market engagement activities including RFI/RFP processes vendor evaluation and solution shaping aligned to operational and commercialobjectives;

  • Coordination with internal operational teams and industrystakeholders;and

  • Development of measurable operational performance targets and tracking of improvementoutcomes.

About you

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Valid drivers licence

  • Tertiary qualification or relevant level of skill and knowledge gained through experience;

  • Experience leading enterprise scale transformation inlogistics transportinfrastructureor industrialenvironments;

  • Strong operational acumenwith the ability to translate business challenges into practical transformationinitiatives;

  • Ability to influence senior operational leaders and externalstakeholders;

  • Proven experience improving operational flowproductivityor coordinationoutcomes;

  • Comfortoperatingin ambiguity and shaping programs fromearly stagedefinition;and

  • Experience engaging vendors and managing commercial risk.
