Were looking for a hands-on Senior Program Manager to orchestrate delivery across this environment someone who has already led complex enterprise-scale programs and knows how to drive outcomes across multiple interdependent streams.

Youll be accountable for ensuring multiple concurrent technology programs can plan align and deliver effectively within a shared highcontention enterprise environment balancing competing priorities managing dependencies and protecting delivery outcomes at scale.

Youll play a critical role in shaping how large-scale programs execute embedding discipline cadence and governance that enables consistent delivery across the portfolio.

What will I be doing

• Drive program delivery across a complex shared environment and coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple interdependent programs within the integration environment
• Manage cross-program dependencies risks and sequencing to enable safe and efficient delivery
• Ensure alignment of delivery plans milestones and release schedules across competing priorities
• Provide clear visibility of delivery progress risks and constraints to senior stakeholders
• Translate complexity into structured plans and actionable insights
• Influence program leaders delivery teams and stakeholders across the portfolio
• Bring structure cadence control and establish and maintain delivery governance reporting rhythms and execution discipline
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across teams environments and processes
• Drive continuous improvement across planning forecasting and delivery execution

• Importantly you bring clarity to complexity aligning teams around a single delivery plan and making them accountable and outcomes-focused.
