About the opportunity


Take the lead on high-impact transformation programs at Australias largest independent not-for-profit aged care provider. This is an opportunity to shape strategic change influence senior stakeholders lead experienced project teams and deliver meaningful outcomes that improve services for older Australians.

Key activities

  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships including sponsors steering committees and executive leaders.
  • Oversee program governance ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed standards frameworks budgets and timelines.
  • Drive strategic business outcomes by aligning programs with organisational objectives and delivering measurable benefits.
  • Lead and support project leaders and teams providing direction oversight coaching and coordination across initiatives.
  • Manage risks dependencies and change activities to ensure successful implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations

About you


An experienced Program Manager with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. You have a proven track record delivering complex transformation programs and can demonstrate the ability to influence executives while driving strategic business outcomes.

  • A proven ability to lead multiple complex projects and transformation initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong capability to influence engage and build credibility with senior leaders and steering committees.
  • Ability to align programs with organisational objectives and deliver measurable business benefits.
  • Experience leading mentoring and supporting project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Skills and experience in managing program governance dependencies risks and large-scale organisational change.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate facilitate and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholders
