Your Opportunity
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of families and young people Join our team and lead the delivery of impactful Reconnect and Toward Home Prevent programs.
In this role youll lead a team of 8 staff driving high-quality compliant and client-focused services that create meaningful outcomes in the local community.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead and inspire the delivery of high-quality services to clients
- Ensure the program responds effectively to diverse client needs using best practice approaches
- Manage recruitment and selection processes in line with Mission Australia policies and procedures
- Oversee program budgets and ensure all expenditure is within approved limits
- Deliver accurate timely and comprehensive reporting aligned with organisational and contractual requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen program outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
Requirements for Success
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services Social Work Social Sciences Psychology or a related field
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing complex teams in a service delivery environment
- Strong experience in financial and budget management
- Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships with professionals and external organisations
Before starting work with us you will need to undertake a national police history check qualifications and referee checks and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
