Vision Australia is embarking on a transformation journey to deliver greater impact for people who are blind or have low vision. We areseeking four experienced and strategic Program Leads to join our Strategy Implementation Team (SIT) and lead the delivery of key enterprise-wide initiatives that will shape the future of our organisation.

Reporting to theChief Transformation Officer you will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into practical sustainable outcomes.You will lead complex cross-functional programs that improve client outcomes strengthenorganisationalcapability enhance service delivery build strategic partnerships and support long-term sustainability.

About the Role

As a Program Lead you will drive the design and implementation of strategic initiatives across Vision Australia working collaboratively with executive leaders operational teams subject matterexpertsand external partners. You will lead one of our four strategic imperatives: Impact-led Organisation Connected Services Smarter Systems Ageing Well Organisational Sustainability.

You will:

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs from strategythrough toimplementation and operational handover.

• Develop program roadmaps business cases implementation plans and benefitsrealisationframeworks.

• Coordinate initiatives across service delivery operations finance technology people and culturegovernanceand external stakeholders.

• Identifyopportunities to improve client outcomesorganisationalperformance efficiencysustainabilityand impact.

• Lead change management activities to support successful adoption and long-term benefits.

• Develop andmonitorprogram budgets risksmilestonesand performance measures.

• Build strong partnerships with government community health aged caredisabilityand commercialorganisationswhereappropriate.

• Ensure initiatives align with Vision Australias commitment to accessibility quality clientoutcomesandorganisationalvalues.

About You

You are a highly capable transformation or program leader with experience delivering complexorganisationalchange in human services healthcare disability aged care not-for-profitgovernmentor similarly regulated environments.

You will bring:

• Significant experienceleading large-scale transformation strategicprogramsororganisationalchange initiatives.

• Strong program and project governanceexpertise including planning riskmanagementand benefitsrealisation.

• Commercial and financial acumen including business case development investmentanalysisand performance measurement.

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with the ability to lead through collaboration rather than formal authority.

• Experience working across multiple functions and balancing competing priorities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communicationfacilitationand executive-level presentation skills.
