As Program Delivery Manager Execution & Enablement youll lead the delivery of strategic initiatives in partnership with Operational Business Units across Customer Care & Recovery helping improve customer outcomes operational performance and business priorities. Youll own program execution end-to-end making sure work lands on time in scope and on budget across a highly matrixed stakeholder group spanning multiple business units and levels of seniority.
Youll drive program delivery prioritisation governance resource planning and risk management while maintaining visibility across multiple initiatives. Youll also help shape portfolio priorities strengthen delivery practices and support continuous improvement across the function. This includes working closely with senior management to keep program objectives aligned to agreed strategic priorities.
Youll have:
- 10 years experience leading complex programs portfolios or transformation initiatives within large matrixed organisations.
- Tertiary qualification or appropriate practical experience in Program Management (e.g. Prince 2 Scrum Master Agile Project Management).
- Ability to develop and manage detailed program plans oversee project activities and manage resource capacity plans to ensure program objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities while maintaining delivery momentum.
- Prior experience delivering Contact Centre transformation projects with exposure to key technology platforms and partners such as Salesforce Genesys and similar solutions will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders from cross functional teams who may have conflicting priorities.
- Experience developing detailed delivery plans managing governance risks dependencies and critical path activities.
- Experience managing capacity and resource planning across multiple streams of work.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity challenge constructively and translate business needs into clear actionable outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels including senior leaders.
- A proactive solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience leading change and driving continuous improvement in complex environments.
- Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA and Confluence) Clarity or similar project delivery tools.
