Job Summary

You will provide:

  • Ownership and continuous improvement of labour standards productivity frameworks and work measurement methodologies across the retail network.
  • Development of clear and practical labour standards that support efficient consistent and commercially effective store execution.
  • Governance of labour assumptions activity timings and productivity standards as operational requirements evolve.
  • Work measurement insights that simplify store routines and reduce non-value adding activity.
  • Assessment of the impact new processes standards and operating models have on store workload labour requirements and execution capability.
  • Practical implementation approaches that are simple sustainable and easy for Store Managers and field teams to adopt.
  • Operational productivity input into business cases project plans and change initiatives where store execution is impacted.
  • Collaboration with IT Digital and Project teams to design implement and optimise systems and tools that improve store productivity and reduce administration.
  • Productivity insights reporting and continuous improvement initiatives that improve labour effectiveness and operational performance.

Qualifications :

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in productivity labour standards work measurement operational improvement workforce optimisation or store operations.
  • Experience translating operational activity requirements into practical standards processes or tools for frontline teams.
  • Strong understanding of multi-site retail operations and the practical impact process system and operating model changes have on stores.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret productivity workload labour and operational performance data.
  • Experience supporting the design implementation or optimisation of systems reporting tools and digital solutions that improve operational execution.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and delivering practical solutions that make it easier for stores to operate effectively.
