How you will make contributions that matter:

Were looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operator to join our Everyday Cheese Nightshift team at our Allansford site on a full-time basis.

In this hands-on role youll be part of a high-performing crew responsible for producing iconic Australian cheese in a fast-paced automated environment. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability maintaining food safety standards and supporting continuous improvement across our production lines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment in a highly automated Dairy Production facility
• Work as part of a close-knit team to meet nightly production targets
• Follow GMP hygiene and OHS procedures to maintain a food-grade environment
• Complete checklists data entry and record keeping accurately
• Check product for type and quality segregating product that doesnt meet standards
• Assist in the operation dismantling and reassembly of manufacturing equipment for production and cleaning
• Perform equipment and environmental cleaning duties including scheduled Friday night cleans
• Report to the Nightshift Production Supervisor and collaborate with Work Area Coordinators

About you:

• Comfortable working from 10:00pm to 6:00am from Monday to Friday
• Mechanically minded with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or working in Food Manufacturing
• Strong commitment to safety quality and teamwork
• Able to use initiative and attention to detail in completing documentation and troubleshooting
• A Forklift license will be highly regarded; however for the right candidate we can support with training
