Job Summary
Lead production operations at Australia and New Zealands largest collision repair network with real pathways to senior leadership and beyond.
Your role will include:
- Overseeing and managing daily production workflow across the repair centre
- Leading motivating and developing your team
- Ensuring safety quality and efficiency standards are consistently met
- Problem-solving and meeting key production deadlines
- Delegating tasks and driving team performance
What were looking for:
- Previous management experience in the collision repair industry
- Strong communication organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and get the best out of your team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting highly regarded
- Safety-first mindset
