Production Operator

Position Overview

Gliderol Garage Doors part of the dormakaba group is expanding operations with a new production super site and we are looking for motivated Production Operators to join the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern manufacturing environment producing high-quality garage door products as part of a growing national business. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to build a long-term career in production we want to hear from you.

What you will do

Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
Assemble and manufacture garage door components and finished products
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
Follow production schedules and team targets
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with team members and leaders across the site

What we require

Strong reliability and attendance
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Ability to perform manual handling tasks

What we prefer

Previous manufacturing or production experience
Forklift Licence (LF)
Experience operating machinery or hand tools
Experience working within KPI or target-driven environments
