As a Production Support Engineer you will play a key role in supporting the manufacture improvement and lifecycle performance of our products. Working closely with engineering production and product support teams youll help deliver high-quality mechanical solutions while driving continuous improvement and supporting customers around the world.

Your responsibilities

• Provide mechanical engineering support for the manufacture and delivery of mining equipment.

• Review and verify engineering designs drawings calculations and technical documentation.

• Ensure engineering work is delivered safely on time to specification and within budget.

• Support product standardisation value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist with product development design enhancements and technical problem solving.

• Work closely with production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve efficiency.

• Support factory acceptance testing (FAT) inspections and quality assurance activities.

• Manage engineering changes ensuring drawings and documentation remain accurate and up to date.

• Participate in root cause investigations non-conformance reporting and corrective actions.

• Provide technical support to customers field service teams and regional offices including occasional site visits.

• Contribute to maintaining engineering standards procedures and technical documentation.

• Promote a strong culture of safety quality and environmental responsibility.

What you bring

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• Early career engineering experience in manufacturing mining heavy industry or capital equipment.

• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering calculations.

• Experience reviewing technical drawings and engineering documentation.

• A practical hands-on approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across engineering production quality and customer support teams.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Commitment to safety continuous improvement and delivering quality outcomes.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and regional offices.
