About the Role
Join the Workers Compensation Portfolio team to support the management governance and administration of GIO Workers Compensation products. You will coordinate documentation operational activities stakeholder input and reporting to support sound customer commercial and risk outcomes. Working across underwriting claims pricing actuarial risk compliance legal technology and change you will help translate product requirements into practical business needs. Your accurate advice and coordination will strengthen product controls support effective change and keep important portfolio information current.
What Youll Do
- Maintain product appetite rules procedures forms and customer information.
- Coordinate document reviews approvals publication and implementation activities.
- Translate product requirements into clear business and implementation needs.
- Support change readiness implementation reviews and continuous improvement activities.
- Manage portfolio records registers websites and document libraries.
- Identify and escalate product control and compliance risks.
What Youll Bring
- Experience in Workers Compensation insurance portfolio support governance or compliance.
- Interpret and summarise detailed product information accurately.
- Apply clear writing skills and strong attention to detail.
- Organise competing priorities while engaging effectively with stakeholders.
- Use sound analysis problem-solving and risk escalation skills.
- Understand Workers Compensation products schemes or governance practices.
