Procurement Systems Manager – SAP Ariba

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Systems Manager to lead the management optimization and strategic direction of the SAP Ariba platform. You will oversee procurement systems drive process improvements support digital transformation initiatives and lead a team of application specialists.

• Lead the SAP Ariba platform lifecycle including configuration testing releases support and enhancements.
• Provide expertise across Ariba SLP Sourcing Contracts Buying & Invoicing and Guided Buying.
• Manage integrations with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Develop procurement technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Drive automation process improvements and procurement system innovation.
• Partner with Procurement Finance Technology and business stakeholders.
• Lead mentor and manage a team of procurement application specialists.
• Ensure compliance governance and operational excellence across procurement systems.

• Proven experience in SAP Ariba leadership or Procurement Systems Management roles.
• Strong expertise across the SAP Ariba suite including SLP Sourcing Contracts and Guided Buying.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA integrations.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement operations.
• Experience with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working in large enterprise retail or FMCG environments is highly regarded.

• SAP Ariba certification.
• Experience delivering procurement transformation programs.
