Senior Contracts Administrator

About the Role
You will lead procurement and subcontract activities with a strong focus on contract lifecycle management from tendering through to execution and performance.
This role requires hands-on experience managing the full subcontract process including requests for tender/quote preparing and running competitive tenders and the creation through to execution of subcontracts ensuring compliant and commercially sound outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Subcontracts Officers
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle activities from RFQ/RFT through to execution and close-out
• Prepare and run competitive tenders including evaluation and negotiation
• Oversee the creation execution and administration of subcontracts
• Manage subcontractor onboarding compliance and performance and commercial outcomes
• Monitor supplier delivery against contractual obligations
• Drive governance compliance and continuous improvement across procurement processes

About You

• Strong background in contract administration and subcontract management
• Proven experience with contract lifecycle management RFQs/RFTs and tender processes
• Experience preparing and performing competitive tenders
• Demonstrated capability in administering subcontracts and managing performance and commercial items
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop teams
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
