About the role
Providestrategic procurement advice and lead sourcing and contract management activities to support effective compliant and value-driven procurement outcomes. You will:
Deliver end-to-end low to medium-risk procurement activities including sourcing evaluations supplier engagement and contract establishment.
Provideprocurement advice and supportto stakeholders on procurement planning processes governance and compliance requirements.
Prepare procurement documentationincluding plans RFQs EOIs RFTs evaluation reports recommendations and approval papers.
Maintain procurement and contract management systems ensuring requests contracts variations extensions and records are accurately managed.
Support procurement reporting governance and compliance including dashboards contract disclosures GIPA requirements and contract administration activities.
Provide operational support to the Procurement team coordinating meetings supplier communications evaluations record keeping and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you
The ideal candidate willdemonstrate:
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Strong written communication skillswith experience preparing reports procurement documentation and stakeholder communications.
Excellent organisational skillswith the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
High attention to detailand experiencemaintainingaccuraterecords registers and reporting data.
Strong stakeholder engagement skillswith a customer-focused approach and the ability to build effective working relationships.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint for reporting documentation analysis and presentations.
Experience using procurement finance or contract management systemsand applying policies and procedures to support compliant procurement outcomes.
