PrincipalSenior Consultant Data & Digital Transformation Consulting

We are looking for a Principal or Senior Consultant (4-7 years experience) to manage the delivery of complex digital and data initiatives across our Gold Coast client portfolio. This role blends strong delivery leadership with stakeholder engagement and technical data skills requiring confidence working directly with senior clients and delivery partners to drive momentum and achieve digital and data outcomes.

This role is responsible for the planning governance and execution of data digital and system enabled initiatives ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and to agreed quality standards. Success in the role depends on the ability to translate digital strategy into pragmatic executable delivery plans that deliver measurable business value in the built environment construction and infrastructure sector.

The successful candidate will improve efficiency across our Gold Coast client portfolio by streamlining endtoend processes clarifying roles and responsibilities and enhancing information management and use of digital tools. This includes designing and implementing improvements that ensure accurate timely information supports better decisionmaking and operational performance.

A key component of the role is data analytics dashboard reporting and data warehousing including developing client insights to improve portfolio program and project performance and building dashboards across schedule cost risk safety and commercial metrics. The role also strengthens data management frameworks and increases data capability across client organisations.

This role suits someone who has strong interpersonal and negotiation skills who thrives in a clientfacing consulting project environment can operate across multiple workstreams be hands on in developing dashboards and data analytics manages complex digital delivery and understands the intersection between digital and capital projects across the construction industry.
 

Technical data skills: 
- Power BI Tableau (Intermediate - required) 
- SQL Python R (Basic) 
- PowerApps Power Automate (Basic) 
- Fabric Databricks Snowflake (Basic) 
- Visual Studio Code Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (Basic) 
- Jira Trello Planner Microsoft Project Slack (Basic) 

Qualifications :

• A degree in one of the following: Business Economics Mathematics Commerce Engineering Maths. 

• 4 years professional experience in one of the following fields: management consulting business analysis or data and digital transformation. 

• Strong dashboard design data analytics and creative reporting experience 

• Experienced in digital transformation programs and system implementations 

• Enthusiastic ability to work autonomously and strong problem solving and consulting experience 

• Knowledge of construction infrastructure and capital project management activities 

• Strong stakeholder management verbal communications and project management capability working in teams across multiple clients
