What does this role entail

The PrincipalAdvisorrole is a leadership role that requires an expert-level knowledge of domainproductand deliverymethodologyto guide and successfully implementFenergosproduct offering within the client role requires extensive client engagement to assess and define scope and complexity of aclientsoperating model and formulating designs at both HighMediumand Low levels.

These domains are typically:

  • Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) within the financial services industry.
  • Financial Crime Compliance including anti-money laundering anti-terrorist financing sanctions anti-bribery and corruption and fraud.
  • Credit Risk Assessment
  • Experience of features to enhance efficiency and capability such as Agentic or specific features as offered in theFenergoPlatform.
  • Awareness/Knowledge of Tax regulation (FATCA/CRS)
  • Knowledge of Risk models typically utilisedin the process of KYC
  • Knowledge of solutions typically utilised byFinancialservices such as OrbisWorldCheckOne etc
  • Financial Markets Regulations; and
  • Environmental and Social Governance (ESG)

The successful candidate will lead by example from execution of best practices in project delivery including SME (Subject Matter Expert) and solutioning support to resolving functional challenges that will require a strong ability to influence and partner with various internal and external stakeholders.

Practice development responsibilities will include helping develop a culture of cross-team collaboration informationsharingand mentoring. This will include having oversight in the project portfolio to ensuring all clients realise the value of their investment inFenergosproducts as quickly as possible.

Thesuccessfulcandidate is expected tohave strong commercial acumen and an understanding of the commercial impact at all stages of delivery. The PrincipalAdvisorwill also support client solutions andsales as needed ensuring best-practice design andidentifyingclient needs for alignment with product strategy.

Theability to travel (domestic and international) to attend on-site client meetings and/or to otherFenergooffices is alsorequired.



Requirements

YourResponsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients and be considered a confident domain and product expert in one or more of the domains listed above
  • Work with clients to define their operating model with the introduction of FEN-X to their architecture
  • Challenge clients on requirements to drive outoptimumsolutions and align with industry best practices theFenergoproduct offering and the overall implementation strategy
  • Foresee and escalate issuesin a timely manner avoiding negative impact on the project success
  • Provide comprehensive customer demonstrations on Fen-X CLM platform.
  • Drive internal and external communications aimed at effectively managing stakeholder expectations
  • Provide support to pre-sales and sales as needed

Practice and leadership:

  • Play a supporting role in shaping the direction of the Delivery Organisation.
  • Support employee development through line management and becoming an SME in multiple parts of theFenergoProduct andregularly deliveringtraining on these areas
  • Implement efficiencies and improvements that drive consistent repeatable successful delivery
  • Keep up to date with changes in industry and regulatory practices the product offering and content hub
  • Support regional change management efforts
  • Cascade global and regional organisational goals and initiatives to the team

Key Expectations

  • DegreeMinimum of 10 years industry and domain experience implementingconsultingor managing software projects and working on the vendor side within the financial services industry
  • Advantage if10 years plus working experience in Transfer Agency and/or Fund Administrationsor KYC terms within Financial Services
  • Knowledge of the AML regulatory environmentacross the of Luxembourg and UK regulatory environment would be a distinct advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal/leadership skills ability to shape and lead conversations at all levels

Education

  • Degree in Business/Technology or equivalent
