Prestige & Luxury Automotive Sales Executive – Brisbane

Dutton One Brisbane is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive salesperson who is passionate about prestige and luxury vehicles delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving strong sales results.

Reporting to the Dutton One Brisbane Operations Manager you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships generating new business opportunities and guiding customers through the vehicle sales journey.

Previous experience selling prestige and luxury vehicles will be highly regarded; however we are equally interested in strong automotive sales professionals with the drive and capability to succeed in the prestige market.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• A minimum of 2 years sales experience preferably within the automotive industry.
• Previous prestige or luxury automotive sales experience will be highly regarded.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and conversion targets.
• The drive and initiative to generate new business prospect for new customers and develop your existing client portfolio.
• Strong negotiation influencing and closing skills.
• A customer-first approach with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships.
• The confidence to manage customer concerns professionally while maintaining company policies and commercial outcomes.
• A self-motivated proactive and target-driven approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional presentation and the ability to represent the Dutton One brand.
• A commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• A current drivers licence.
